US orders typically arrive in 5–9 business days. Production takes 1–3 days; transit takes 3–6. International shipping currently disabled — we’re working on it.

Costs

Free US shipping on every order — no minimum, no thresholds. Tracking is emailed automatically when your order leaves the warehouse.

Lost or damaged

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, email hello@prototokos.com within 14 days and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
